INTEGRATIVE CARE OPTIONS

To help understand how pricing is developed depending on complexity and time management, we offer a general description of potential combinations that would likely have different prices.

Insurance coverage is one variable that changes pricing for these tiers. If you are covered by an insurance we accept in our practice, appropriate services will be billed to your insurance. Some TCM services are not covered at this time.

TIER 1 — FOUNDATIONAL CARE

• Internal Medicine

• Nutrition support

TIER 2 — BLENDED IM + ACUPUNCTURE CARE

• Internal Medicine

• add on Acupuncture for specific concerns

• +/- Herbal formulas tailored to TCM pattern

• Nutrition support

TIER 3 — COMPREHENSIVE INTEGRATIVE PROGRAM

• Chronic or complex conditions

• IM + TCM evaluation

• Acupuncture + herbs + nutrition

• Lab review + medical management + care coordination

All tiers will be assessed on a case by case situation to assure our clinic can provide the standard of care needed.

BILLING & PRICING

• Internal Medicine: may be billed to your insurance plan (if we are in network with your insurance)

• Acupuncture: often covered for certain diagnoses only

• Herbs & nutrition: self-pay

• Packages & programs: self-pay (if you choose to have a more simple predictable pay model). These will be discussed at initial visit once you define your goals for care.
