INTEGRATIVE CARE OPTIONS

To help understand our fee schedule, we offer a general description of our method of integrating multiple modalities in your care.

Insurance coverage is one variable that changes pricing for these tiers. If you are covered by an insurance we accept in our practice, appropriate services will be billed to your insurance.

Some TCM services are not covered at this time.

TIER 1 — FOUNDATIONAL CARE

• Internal Medicine

• Nutrition counseling

TIER 2 — BLENDED IM + ACUPUNCTURE CARE

• Internal Medicine

• add on Acupuncture

• Nutrition counseling

TIER 3 — COMPREHENSIVE INTEGRATIVE PROGRAM

• Chronic or complex conditions

• IM + TCM evaluation

• Acupuncture

• Herbal Medicine

• Nutrition counseling

All tiers will be assessed on a case by case situation.

BILLING & PRICING

• Internal Medicine: may be billed to your insurance plan

• Acupuncture: sometimes covered for certain diagnoses (we recommend checking with your insurance plan prior to visit)

• Herbs & nutrition: self-pay

• Packages & programs: self-pay or hybrid

These will be discussed at initial visit once you define your goals for care.
